2. Application of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through pufai.com and govern the contractual relationship between PUFAI International and the customer, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product images are intended for illustration and the appearance of packaging, labels or presentation may change from time to time.

Product availability is subject to stock levels, supplier availability and applicable shipping or destination restrictions.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices displayed on pufai.com are shown in the currency applicable to the store or checkout configuration.

Where applicable, displayed consumer prices include VAT at the legally applicable rate unless otherwise clearly stated.

Shipping charges and other applicable costs are displayed separately before the order is confirmed.

5. Placing an Order

Products are added to the basket and the customer provides the required billing, delivery and payment information during checkout.

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be authorised or confirmed.
• The delivery destination is unsupported.
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
• Fraud, abuse or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
• An applicable age or legal requirement cannot be satisfied.

6. Payment

Payment methods available for a particular order are displayed during checkout.

Depending on availability, payment options may include payment cards, PayPal, digital wallet services and direct bank transfer.

Orders paid by direct bank transfer are processed after payment has been received and matched to the relevant Order ID.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery to eligible mainland UK addresses is currently £7.95 unless a different amount is displayed during checkout.

We currently do not deliver to excluded UK islands or unsupported offshore destinations.

For international deliveries, shipping cost and availability depend on the destination country, parcel characteristics, products and available carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Age-Restricted Products
