Orders & Delivery

Mainland UK orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

Standard delivery to eligible mainland UK addresses is £7.95. We currently do not deliver to excluded UK islands or offshore destinations.

Selected products can be delivered internationally. Shipping cost and delivery time vary according to destination country and the products in your basket. Available options are displayed during checkout.

Where tracking is available, tracking information is provided after the order has been dispatched.

Payments

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and direct bank transfer. The methods available for your transaction are shown during checkout.

Payment transactions are handled by the relevant payment providers using secure connections. The website also uses SSL encryption.

If direct bank transfer is available at checkout, payment instructions and our bank details are provided after the order is placed. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

Returns & Refunds

Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Please do not return products before receiving instructions from our team.

Return eligibility depends on the product and applicable law. Certain perishable, temperature-sensitive, hygiene-sealed or otherwise legally excluded products may not qualify for standard returns.
